Who we are

This is the archival website for Jung To Live By (“JTLB”). It is operated by IPSA Global Limited (the “Company”) acting by its director, James P. Dowling (“we”, “us”, “our”). Our primary establishment is in England, United Kingdom.

What data we hold now (archival)

Because the site is archival, we only retain limited personal data that relates to historic activity before August 2025:

• Historic purchase records / account details (name, email, order metadata, download entitlements) for customers who previously bought digital products.
• Support correspondence you sent us historically (e.g., refund/account access emails).
• Technical logs produced by the site for security and reliability (IP address, timestamp, URL requested, user-agent). These rotate/expire automatically.

We maintain an email mailing list for IPSA Global Limited that may include addresses provided to JTLB prior to August 2025, where you opted in or where the law permits (for example, existing customer “soft opt-in”). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by emailing contact@jungtoliveby.com . We do not sell personal data or share the mailing list with unaffiliated third parties.

• Legal obligation — keeping records required for tax, accounting, and consumer protection laws.
• Contract — fulfilling residual access to previously purchased digital items where applicable.
• Legitimate interests — operating and securing the site (e.g., minimal logs, abuse/malware prevention).

How we use data (now)

• To maintain historic order access (where applicable) and respond to support requests.
• To keep the site secure and diagnose issues (server logs, limited diagnostics).

How long we keep it

• Order records: retained for up to 7 years to meet legal/accounting duties, then deleted or anonymised.
• Support emails: retained for up to 3 years from last contact, unless legal retention requires longer.
• Server logs: typically 90 days (shorter or longer where required for security/investigation).

Cookies & embedded content

We use essential cookies for basic site operation (e.g., WordPress session, preferences). We do not set advertising cookies. Some pages embed YouTube videos; when you play them, YouTube may set cookies and collect usage data under its own policies.
